  9.      _tttt_ssss_dddd - TELNET server protocol STREAMS device

  12.      _tttt_ssss_dddd is a STREAMS-based module that provides Internet TELNET server
  13.      protocol handling within the IRIX kernel.

  15.      When the device special file /_d_e_v/_t_n_c_l_o_n_e is opened a stream is created
  16.      and is attached to a special terminal device. A program can call _ffff_ssss_tttt_aaaa_tttt(2)
  17.      with the returned file descriptor to determine which device the stream
  18.      has been connected to. The device behaves like a terminal with
  19.      transparent TELNET server protocol processing.

  21.      On success, an open of _tttt_nnnn_cccc_llll_oooo_nnnn_eeee returns a non-negative number.  On
  22.      failure, it returns -1 and _eeee_rrrr_rrrr_nnnn_oooo is set to one of the following values:
